Welcome to LegendRPG.fun! These terms explain what you can and cannot do on our site. By using the site, you agree to follow these rules.

1. What We Offer

LegendRPG.fun is a family-friendly site with tools, games, AI, and other resources to enhance your tabletop RPG experience. Use them for fun with friends and family.

2. What You Can Do
Be kind and respectful to other members.
Print hero sheets for personal use.
Enjoy the tools and features provided for non-commercial use.
3. What You Cannot Do
Copy, sell, or share our tools or content.
Use any Legend RPG data, game mechanics, or IP in external AI models without written permission.
Post offensive or inappropriate content. Legend RPG is family-friendly.
4. Community Rules
Keep It Clean. No offensive language, vulgarity, or inappropriate humor.
Avatars and images must not contain violence, nudity, or any other adult content.
Posts should aim to inspire, assist, or positively engage with the community.
Don’t post anything that attacks, insults, or spreads hate toward others based on their race, gender, religion, or other personal traits.
Everything shared should be appropriate for a general audience, think pg-13.
No Ads or Spam.
Follow Copyright Laws: Do not post or use content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights.
Breaking these rules may result in account suspension or termination without a refund.
5. Refund Policy

If you receive a defective physical product or there’s an order error, contact us within 14 days. We review each case to find a fair solution. We don’t offer refunds if you break the rules or violate the terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Legend RPG owns all content, tools, and features on the site. You don’t get ownership rights by using the site.

7. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms, rules, or any behavior that we decide harms the community in any way.

9. Payment & Stripe Partnership

We partner with Stripe to handle all payments for physical and digital games, comics, subscriptions, and more. Their reliable service and top-notch security mean your payment information stays safe. For more details, please review Stripe’s Terms and Conditions.

10. Order Fulfillment

We process orders quickly. Physical orders ship via standard or express options and shipping times and rates are provided at checkout. Digital goods are delivered immediately via email or download.

11. Return Policy

For physical products, if you want to return an item, contact us within 14 days with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.

12. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel subscriptions anytime via your account page. Your service continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
